The Montelena Pullover wants to be your everyday sweater, equally at home with jeans and boots on the weekend as it is dressed up for the office with trousers or a dark skirt. A tailored sweater with set-in sleeves, the sweater features a simple-but-satisfying slip-stitch pattern that shows of Sincere Sheep’s glorious Polwarth/Silk blend, the aptly-titled “Luminous.” Worked from the bottom up in pieces and seamed, the Montelena Pullover has shoulder seams shaped using the English Tailoring method for a clean, ready-to-wear fit and a significantly easier seaming experience. Slight a-line shaping and a split hem keep this one modern and ready for anything. Montelena is available both as a single pattern and as part of Wine Country Knits, our three-pattern collaboration with our dear friends at Sincere Sheep.
